Shamrock is a treasure for those seeking coloured genetics of exceptional quality. Shamrock was born into an award-winning family of solid black alpacas on her dam's side. Her black grandmother would be one of the only black alpacas to ever win Supreme Champion Fleece at a Royal Show and her black grandfather to win Supreme Champion Alpaca at the same Royal Show ( Adelaide , 1995)

.Shamrock has a spectacular light fawn fleece. It is characterised by a distinctive crimp and highly defined lock structure that is typical of the many award winning progeny born to her multiple Supreme Champion winning sire, Peruvian Auzengate. Shamrock's last fleece tested at an impressive 18.8 microns, with an SD of 4.4. Animals of this calibre are rarely available with this coloured genetic background.
